Project description:    

The scope of work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, and material for repair work of the Rideau Falls Dams - East Dam and West Dam located in Ottawa, Ontario. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the specification and accompanying drawings and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.

The project work will consist of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following:

- East Dam - Deck bearings replacement and concrete repairs, as noted on drawings.

- West Dam - Replacement of the concrete deck membrane and the addition of an asphalt overlay, as noted on drawings.

- Both Dams - Guard rails replacement and painting, as noted on drawings.

Work is to be completed within seventeen (17) weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $1,000,001.00 to $5,000,000.00.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
 
No Security Requirement for this project.  

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:  

There will be a site visit on August 9,2017 at 10h00 am. Interested bidders shall meet at the Rideau falls Dams on the Green Island, Ottawa, Ontario.
