    PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
    
    Removal of five underground storage tanks and associated piping, in compliance with the federal storage tank regulation.
    Work is to be completed within 9 weeks after contract award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: 
    
    $100,001 to $500,000
    
    MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:  
     
    This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement.  At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of RELIABILITY. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid. 
    
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT
    
    1. There will be a site visit on December 10th at 11:00AM. Interested bidders are to meet at 1735 Route 309 near Notre Dame de la Salette,Quebec.
     
    2. The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the Bidder must sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will be rejected.
     
    3. Safety Attire - It is mandatory that all persons attending the site visit have the proper personal protection  equipment (safety glasses, footwear, vests and hard hats etc.). Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
