Nature of Requirements: 

The Contractor must furnish all necessary tools, services and labour to execute the work required for the maintenance of the heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) equipment for Public Works andGovernment Services Canada located Walkley Armouries, 2100 Walkley Road, M-23, 1200 Montreal Road and National Defence Medical Centre (NDMC), 1745 Alta Vista Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, in accordance with the Statement of Work 8M3-1584-6, attached herein asAnnex A. The contract will be for a period of five (5) years.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
