REQUIREMENT:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Power
Supply Data Transmitter and a Cable Assembly, Special Purpose,
Electrical to be delivered to the HCM Dockyard in Halifax, Nova
Scotia.  

This is a No-Substitute Requirement: The requirement supports
the design of the Halifax Deep Degaussing Range and interfaces
with components that are already installed.  Compatibility with
the existing components is imperative as they are integral to
the existing sensor nodes and shore instrumentation, and supply
custom DC Power and communications signal interfaces.
