Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Department of National Defence, is seeking bids for mobile floating crane services.  Queen's Harbour Master (QHM) requires the capability to call up Floating Crane services to allow QHM to support the operations of the Atlantic Royal Canadian Navy (RCN) fleet.  QHM is responsible for ensuring that the mooring systems and buoys within the Halifax Harbour and Bedford Basin remain in good repair.  These mooring and buoys are essential for the safe anchoring of the HMC Fleet when required to complete tasking in these areas.

The proposed period of the Standing Offer is one year plus two one year option periods.
