This Request for Standing Offer is undertaken to establish up to (4) Regional Individual Standing Offers (RISO) for the supply of labor, parts, material and equipment necessary to install, maintain, troubleshoot, renew and repair Marine Electrical Systems, as they relate to troubleshooting and repair services, on DFO/Canadian Coast Guard Vessels, operating in the Atlantic Region, on an urgent and "as and when required" basis.

This RFSO will result in Standing Offer Agreements which will be awarded to the lowest priced compliant bidder.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

There is no security requirement associated with this document.
