Requirement Canada Revenue Agency has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of office seating to Halifax, Nova Scotia, Atlantic Region by January 28, 2022. a. Product sub-category 1 - Rotary chairs and stools; b. Product sub-category 2 - Side chairs; 2. Set-aside under the Federal Government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB) This procurement is set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. For more information on Aboriginal business requirements of the Set-aside Program for Indigenous Business, refer to Annex 9.4 of the Supply Manual. This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Aboriginal peoples or for set-asides for small and minority businesses. Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement. 3. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. 4. Canadian Content The requirement is limited to Canadian goods 5. epost Connect service This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. 6. Basis of Selection - Multiple Items A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price on an item by item basis will be recommended for award of a contract.
