Requirement:
DRDC has a requirement for a service contract to restructure program directories and input files, improve existing calculations of sonar performance metrics, implement calculations of additioinal sonar performance metrics, and add a new acoustic propagation model, as well as to improve error handling and programming style where appropriate.

Any Intellectual Property arising from the resulting contract shall rest with the Crown.

Time Schedule:
The period for this contract will be from date of contract award to March 31, 2016, with an unfunded option for an additional year.

Basis of Selection:
Will be based on the highest point rated compliant bid within statement ma
ximum budget.

Funding:
The maximum funding available for the contract resulting from the bid solicitation is $80,000.00 + applicable taxes (this includes an unfunded otion to extend for a year in the amount of $40,000.00 + applicable taxes).
