Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Lavatory Wash Services for CP140 Planes Public Services and Procurement Canada on behalf of the Department of National Defence in Greenwood, Nova Scotia, has a requirement for the following: REQUIREMENT 14 Wing Greenwood has a requirement for the supply of CP140 Lavatory Cleaning Services. The number of aircraft stationed at 14 Wing Greenwood varies due to operational requirements; however as an average under current conditions, there are approximately six to eight CP140 aircraft at the Wing. The CP140 lavatories must be serviced after every flight in accordance with Annex A, Statement of Work, for a period of three (3) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year optional periods. SECURITY There are security requirements associated with this requirement. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
