14 Wing Greenwood has the requirement for a Regional Individual
Standing Offer for the provision of all labour, material and
equipment required to complete work to repair and replace
flooring.  In general terms, the work includes the following:

Removal of related items to facilitate flooring replacement.
Removal of existing floor covering.
Preparation of floor.
Installation of new resilient flooring.
Installation of related items.
Modification of doors.
Touch-up and finishing.
Clean-up

The period of the RISO is from issuance of award for a two-year
period, with an option period of one year.
