    The Parks Canada Agency intends to deploy an acoustic telemetry array within a freshwater lake at Kejimkujik, Nova Scotia to assess habitant preferences and movement patterns of invasive Chain Pickerel. Acoustic telemetry equipment has been chosen over other telemetry methods based on the resolution, quality and quantity of data, large range, minimal infrastructure and staff time requirements.
    
    Parks Canada Agency intends to purchase 30 acoustic tags (2 sizes) and 12 acoustic tagging receivers and require that data be analysed by the contractor. Refer to Annex A for complete details and mandatory evaluation criteria.
     
    
    BASIS OF SELECTION:
    Lowest compliant bid & meet mandatory technical specifications.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than seven (7) calendars days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
    
    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English.
