Bidders who currently do not meet the facility security clearance requirements and (or) personnel security clearance are advised to initiate the security clearance process immediately by requesting sponsorship from the Contracting Authority.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a Rigional Individual Standing Offer Agreement (RISO) that comprises of the furnishings of all labour, material, equipment, tools, and supervision required for the installation and repair of new fences in the CFB Halifax and outlining ares of Nova Scotia as specified in the Specification  Job No.W6837-16-5528 Dated 2015-11-02, see herein.

The Standing Offer will be for one (1)year with two (2) one (1) year option periods.

Thjis requirement is subject to trade agreements; North American Free Trade AGreeement (NAFTA), Agreement On Internal Trade (AIT and the World Trade Organization-Agreement of Government Procurement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
