    This office provides service to the public in English.
    
    Correctional Services of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for
    remove solid waste at Nova Institution for women, 180 James
    Street, Truro, Nova Scotia on a weekly basis and on a day
    specified by institutional management.
    
    Requirements for this service include: The Contractor must
    provide qualified staff and vehicles in accordance with
    provincial environmental regulations and guidelines for the safe
    and proper removal of all recyclable, reusable, compost and
    waste items,
    All tipping fees, removal costs and other costs will be the
    responsibility of the Contractor,
    The contractor must provide two (2) x six (6) cubic yard metal
    containers to be located on site for institutional waste item
    storage.  The metal containers must be equipped with lockable
    door hardware which will have locks affixed to them by
    institutional staff,
    The Contractor must remove solid waste at Nova Institution for
    women, 180 James Street, Truro, Nova Scotia on a weekly basis
    and on a day specified by institutional management,
    The removal schedule must be followed by Wednesday - recycling
    removal, waste removal; and Friday - compost removal

    the Request for Proposal (RFP).
    
    1. Code of Conduct Certifications - Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification
    
    	1.1 Bidders must submit with their bid, by the bid solicitation
    closing date:
    
    	(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
    currently directors of the Bidder;
    
    	(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
    Record Verification  		      (PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each
    individual named in the list, (please check the 		      
    attachment for Form PWGSC-TPSGC 229).
    
    Period of contract: One year from 01st September 2012 to 31st
    August 2013 with four (4) option years of one (1) year each
    
    option year (1) for the period of 2013-09-01 to 2014-08-31
    
    option year (2) for the period of 2014-09-01 to 2015-08-31
    
    option year (3) for the period of 2015-09-01 to 2016-08-31
    
    option year (4) for the period of 2016-09-01 to 2017-08-31
