The Standing Offer is comprised of the furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required for performing maintenance, repairs, replacement of parts or systems with new install for overhead doors and associated equipment, automatic doors, rolling gates and grilles located at various locations of CFB Halifax as specified herein. PERIOD OF THE STANDING OFFER: The standing offer is for One-Year with one (1) One-Year option period. INQUIRIES: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: JACQUELYN STEVENSON - email JACQUELYN.STEVENSON@PWGSC.GC.CA Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. INDUSTRIAL SECURITY RELATED REQUIREMENTS: At bid closing- the Offeror M U S T hold a valid Security Clearance - RELIABLITY STATUS as indicated in section SC01 of the Supplementary Conditions. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the offer non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the offer. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of RELIABLITY STATUS - issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Should the bidder not currently hold a valid Security Clearance or require the level to be upgraded, PWGSC will sponsor the bidder. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the: a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
