RISO - HAUL POTABLE WATER

The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada has received a requirement on behalf of the Department of National Defence  - CFB Halifax for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to Supply and Transport Potable Water to various locations on an “as and when” basis to areas within the Halifax Regional Municipality for Maritime Forces Atlantic (MARLANT).

Work under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the furnishings of all labour, equipment, tools and supervision.   Water quality must meet “Guidelines for Canadian Drinking Water Quality, 2004”.  Transport vehicle must be equipped with stainless steel tank with a minimum capacity of 9000 liters.  

Bidders must have a RELIABILITY clearance.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
