MV Madeleine Life Raft Davits

Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement on behalf of Transport Canada to supply and deliver four davit systems to replace the existing davit systems currently fitted individually on the MV Madeleine in accordance with the associated technical specification detailed in the Statement of Requirement and applicable Annexes and Appendices. 

DELIVERY:
All the deliverables must be received by February 12, 2018.

Site Viewing and Bidders Conference was held Wednesday, October 25th.  

There is no security requirement applicable to this Contract.
This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Trade agreement Exemptions: The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) as per Annex 15A, Section E, Note 1c and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1.
