Public Works and Government Services Canada seeks to establish,
on behalf of the Department of National Defence, a Supply
Arrangement for the provision of portable toilets, portable
trailers, and portable hand wash stations at DND locations
within the Halifax Regional Municipality. The Supply Arrangement
will exist until such time as Canada no longer considers it to
be advantageous to use the Supply Arrangement to award contracts
under the Supply Arrangement framework for the Department of
National Defence. This requirement includes but is not limited
to the provision of all labour, materials, tools, supervision,
transport and equipment necessary for carrying out the
requirement. 

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. For additional information, consult Part 4 -

Supply Arrangement.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

Successful offerors will be placed on the Supply Arrangement for
Portable Toilets. As work arises, the Department of National
Defence will solicit bids from the supply arrangement holders as
outlined Supply Arrangement B - 2.0 - Bid Solicitation Process.

procurement.
