The intent of a supply arrangement is to establish a framework to permit expeditious processing of individual bid solicitations, which result in legally binding contracts for the services described in those bid solicitations. The supply arrangement is not in itself a contract, but rather a base document that forms part of the future Request for Quotation (RFQ) and resulting contract. When issued a supply arrangement, the supplier accepts the obligation to provide specified services in accordance with the supply arrangement, under any resulting contract that may be awarded. Any resulting contract will be established as a result of a RFQ. These RFQs will specify the specific requirements, and may contain additional terms and conditions that the supplier must meet.
