Flash Point Tester

Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement for a Flash Point Tester to measure the flash point of petroleum products as they are being tested over time under variable conditions.  Delivery must be completed by March 30, 2018.  The requirement is detailed in Annex A.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
