CCGS GELIGET DOCKING AND REFIT

To provide labour, parts, material, and equipment to carry out
the docking and refit on and  for CCGC Geliget in accordance
with specification No. 10-G026-014-01.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Chapter Ten Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) and will be limited to
suppliers in Eastern Canada in accordance with Shipbuilding,
Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19). 

A bidders' conference will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday,
December 17, 2013, in the offices of Fisheries and Oceans in
Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.  The vessel  will be available for
viewing prior to the conference. Bidders are to communicate with
the Contracting Authority prior to the conference to confirm
attendence.

The Government of Canada reserves the right to negotiate with
suppliers on any procurement.
