Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide laundry, dry-cleaning, tailoring and seamstress services in support of clothing stores located at Department of National Defence (DND) Headquarters Cape Breton Island, 11 Garrison Road, Victoria Park, Sydney, Nova Scotia.
