Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking the services of a contractor to provide screened coal for PSPC’s Domestic Coal Program. The chosen contractor will purchase coal from a legally recognized coal supplier, will screen the coal into two specific sizes (screened size for shovel feeding and pea size for stoker feeding), and will deliver the coal to distribution yards located in Dominion and Sydney Mines, Nova Scotia.
