Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender. REQUIREMENT: Public Service and Procurement Canada, on behalf of Department of National Defence has a request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the charter of 54-58 Highway Coach Buses (with operator) for the purpose of transporting Regular Force, Cadets, and Militia personal from 14 Wing Greenwood, Nova Scotia to various locations within the Atlantic Provinces for the Department of National Defence (DND) 14 Wing Transportation Section, Greenwood, Nova Scotia on an as and when requested basis. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from date of issuance for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year period (First Option Period) and/or an additional one (1) year period (Second Option Period). SECURITY: There isn’t any Security Requirement with this Solicitation BASIS OF SELECTION: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer. DETAILS: The Solicitation document contains complete details on the requirement, the bid evaluation and contractor selection methodology.
