Waste Removal Services

IMPORTANT:

REQUIREMENT:
Public Service and Procurement Canada on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND) and Canadian Forces, comprised of several locations including Victoria Park, Glace Bay Armouries and a Radar Station, have a requirement to provide all labour, supervision and equipment, (excluding bins) to properly perform the weekly collection/disposal of garbage, recycling and composting from CFS Sydney. All waste is to be disposed of at municipally approved facilities.

BIDDER'S THAT HAVE A BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND DO NOT SUBMIT A COMPLETE LIST OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE CURRENTLY DIRECTORS AND A PROPERLY COMPLETED AND SIGNED CONSENT TO A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION FORM WITH THEIR BID AS DESCRIBED IN PART 5-CERTIFICATION BY BID CLOSING DATE WILL BE DEEMED NON-RESPONSIVE AND GIVEN NO FURTHER CONSIDERATION. 

PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
Period of this Services contract will be One (1) initial years plus three option years, if required.

SECURITY:
There is no Security Requirement with this Solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
