IMPORTANT

REQUIREMENT:
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence 14 Wing Greenwood, requires a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision mechanical contractor services.  The services include skilled, licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation and material for the provision of mechanical services on an as and when requested basis.  

Categories of services include the following;

1. Plumber
2. Oil Burner Mechanic
3. Refrigeration Mechanic
4. Steamfitter
5. Sheet Worker
6. Millwright
7. Electrician (as it relates to the mechanical requirements)

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER:
The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is for a one (1) year period from date of issuance with the Option to extend beyond the initial period for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods.


SECURITY:
There is a Reliability Status Security requirement with this Solicitation.

BASIS OF SELECTION:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.



As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners and/or Directors and other associated information as required.
Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional information on the Integrity Provisions. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the World Trade Agreement (WTO) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
