    TRADE AGREEMENTS
    
    This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
    Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
    North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Peru
    Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement,
    the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chile Free
    Trade Agreement, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    REQUIREMENT
    
    To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
    -Wide-Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel, Jet B, in accordance with
    Standard
    CAN/CGSB-3.22-2012 (latest issue) with Fuel System Icing
    Inhibitor OR Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with
    Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2012 (latest issue), containing Fuel
    System Icing Inhibitor 
    -Automotive Gasoline, Grade 1, in accordance with Standard
    CAN/CGSB-3.5-2011 (latest issue)
    -Naphtha, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.27-2012 (latest
    issue)
    - Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with Standard
    CAN/CGSB-3.23-2012 (latest issue), containing Fuel System Icing
    Inhibitor 
    - Solvent, Varsol or equivalent
    - Engine Oil; HD; Synthetic Blend 0W30D-SF
    - Hydrex MV Arctic 22® Hydraulic Oil
    
    Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP):
    
    -	to the Port of Valleyfield, Quebec or Hay River, Northwest
    Territories prior to March 31st, 2015 or are to be held in
    storage at the contractor's location and delivered during the
    2015 Eastern and Western Arctic Sealifts to different locations
    in northern Canada.
    
    	OR 
    
    -	to the Port of Valleyfield, Quebec during the 2015 Eastern
    Arctic Sealift for furtherance to Eureka, Nunavut.
    
    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS
    
    The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this
    procurement:
    
    	1- Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to*
    Eureka, Pond Inlet, Baker Lake, Resolute Bay, Tanquary, Iqaluit,
    Coral Harbour and Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. 
    
    2- Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) for deliveries to* Sachs
    Harbor, Northwest Territories.
    
    3- The Inuit provisions of the James Bay and Northern Quebec
    Agreement (JBNQA)
    for deliveries to* Kuujjuak, Quebec. 
    
    	*where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services
    performed in.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
