Nature of Requirements: 
HEATING FUEL, AVIATION TURBINE FUEL

This requirement is to supply:

a)  4,185,000 Litres of Heating Fuel Oil, as and when required,
in accordance with CAN/CGSB 3.2-2011 (latest issue), Type 0,
(P50), pour point -43°C, Cloud Point -43°C.

Fuel is to be delivered by tank wagon to various Federal
Government Departments and locations in Iqaluit, Nunavut.

b) 3,010,000 Litres of Kerosene-AType Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet
A-1) in accordance with CAN/CGSB-3.23-2009 (latest issue)

Fuel is to be delivered Into Plane to various Federal Government
Departments at the Iqaluit Airport.

Fuel is to be delivered from August 1, 2012 to July 31, 2015
with the right to request two one year extensions from August 1,
2015 to July 31, 2016 and from August 1, 2016 to July 31, 2017.


TRADE AGREEMENTS

This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:

The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement applies to
this procurement for deliveries* to Iqaluit, Nunavut:
