Request for Standing Offer - BULK AVIATION FUELS

National Master Standing Offers for bulk aviation fuels in
accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as
applicable. Delivery to various locations in Canada on an as-
and when-requested basis from date of issuance of standing offer
up to and including March 31, 2015. Quantity: various.

This procurement is subject to Comprehensive Land Claim
Agreements as deliveries to* Yellowknife, NT and Inuvik, NT are
required.  The Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements that apply to
this procurement are:

The Inuvialuit Final Agreement;
The Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement; and
The Tlicho Agreement.	

* where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to and services
performed in.
