Request for Standing Offer - BULK AVIATION FUELS

National Master Standing Offers for bulk aviation fuels in
accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as
applicable. Delivery to the Department of National Defence in
Inuvik, NT on an as-and when-requested basis from date of
issuance of standing offer up to and including March 31, 2017.
Quantity: Estimated at 100,000 litres.

This procurement is subject to Comprehensive Land Claim
Agreements as deliveries to* Inuvik, NT are required.  The
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements that apply to this
procurement are:

The Inuvialuit Final Agreement;
The Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement; and

* where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to and services
performed in.

Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
