Nature of Requirements: 

To Supply petroleum products, using Canada's fuel storage and pipeline distribution system at Goose Bay in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador for the period from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2023, with the right to request two one-year extensions from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 and  January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.  Contemporaneously with this solicitation, offerors must also agree to the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, which will be made available upon request or through the Government Electronic Tendering System (the reference number is in the solicitation).

An optional site visit will be held on August 22, 2018 at 9AM local time at 5 Wing Goose Bay.

The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
