Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes
The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements will apply to
any resulting call-ups:

- For deliveries to* Inuvik, NT, the Inuvialuit Final Agreement
and the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement;

 * where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services
performed in".

Nature of Requirements:
National Master Standing Offers for Diesel Fuel, in accordance
with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as applicable.
Delivery to DND in Inuvik, and DFO in Ontario, on an as-and
when-requested basis from June 15, 2015, up to and including
August 31, 2015.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official
language of Canada.
