This procurement is reserved for beneficiaries of the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s) (CLCAs): 

- Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA) under article 24 of the NLCA. 

This procurement is also subject to the Inuit of Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA). As a result, a notification of this procurement has been sent to the Nunavut Inuit Firms including Uqsuq Corporation and to the NLCA designated Inuit Organizations.

The requirement is to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the supply of an estimated $17M of Aviation Turbine Fuels (Into Plane) and Heating Fuel Oil to various Federal departments in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The products will be delivered as and when requested by the Identified User, during the period of August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2020 with the right to request two one year extensions from August 1, 2020 to July 31, 2021 and from August 1 2021 to July 31, 2022.
