    TRADE AGREEMENTS:
    This requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
    Organization  Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
    North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Peru
    Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement,
    the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement , the Canada-Chile Free
    Trade Agreement, and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    REQUIREMENT:
    To supply in new 205 Litre drums:
    Wide-Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel, Jet B, in accordance with
    Standard CAN/CGSB-3.22-2012 (latest issue) with Fuel System
    Icing Inhibitor and Static Dissipator Additive
    Unleaded Automotive Gasoline Grade 1, in accordance with
    Standard CAN/CGSB-3.5-2011 (latest issue)
    Automotive (On-Road) Diesel Fuel, Type A-ULS with a -48°C
    temperature operability cloud point*, in accordance with
    Standard CAN/CGSB-3.517-2013 (latest issue)
    Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1) in accordance with Standard
    CAN/CGSB-3.23-2012 (latest issue), containing Fuel System Icing
    Inhibitor and Static Dissipator Additive;
    Hydrex MV Arctic 22®  Hydraulic Oil
    Propylene Glycol - Premixed
    Engine Oil; HD; Synthetic Blend 0W30D-SF
    Naphtha, in accordance with Standard CAN/CGSB-3.27-2012 (latest
    issue)
    
    To be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Port of Valleyfield, Quebec
    or Hay River, Northwest Territories for furtherance by Sealift
    to different locations in northern Canada during the 2014 Arctic
    Sealift period.
    
    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
    The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements apply to this
    procurement:
    
    1- Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to*
    Eureka, Bathurst Inlet, Chesterfield Inlet, Taloyoak, Resolute
    Bay, Pond Inlet, Iqaluit, Tanquary, Coral Harbour, Cambridge
    Bay, and Repulse Bay, Nunavut. 
    
    2- Inuvialuit Final Agreement (IFA) for deliveries to* Sachs
    Harbor, Northwest
    Territories. 
    
    *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services
    performed in.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
