National Master Standing Offers for marine fuels in accordance with Canadian General Standards Board standards, as specified at Appendix "A".  Delivery to various locations in Canada as required during the period of date of June 1, 2021 and including May 31, 2023.  

Destinations
Any resulting Standing Offer may be used for destinations across Canada.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
