    REQUIREMENT:
    This Canadian Coast Guard requirement is for the supply of a total potential quantity of 8,739,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel (Type 15, in accordance with CGSB Standard 3.11-2022 (latest issue), except Pour point max. -15°C, Cloud point max. -9°C, and Kinematic Viscosity at 40°C, min. 2.5 mm2/s and max. 4.2 mm2/s) as follows: a total firm quantity of 7,739,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 1,000,000 litres. 
    
    The product is required at several locations in the Arctic as follows:
    
    Item 1 - A firm quantity of 600,000 litres and an additional optional quantity of up to 100,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Terry Fox at Iqaluit, Nunavut. Anticipated delivery date is August 1, 2022.
    
    Item 2 - A firm quantity of 1,500,000 litres and an additional optional quantity of up to 200,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessels Pierre Radisson and Des Groseillers at Resolute Bay or Nanisivik, Nunavut. Anticipated delivery date is August 8 & 9, 2022. 
    
    Item 3 - A firm quantity of 2,400,000 litres and an additional optional quantity of up to 200,000 litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessels Terry Fox and Des Groseilliers at Resolute Bay or Nanisivik, Nunavut. Anticipated delivery date is August 23 and 24, 2022. 
    
    Item 4 - A firm quantity of 800,000 litres and an additional optional quantity of up to 100,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Henry Larsen at Iqaluit, Nunavut. Anticipated delivery date is September 12, 2022.
    
    Item 5 - A firm quantity of 1,250,000 litres and an additional optional quantity of up to 200,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Louis S. St. Laurent at Kugluktuk, Nunavut. Anticipated delivery date is September 16, 2022.
    
    Item 6 - A firm quantity of 550,000 litres and an additional optional quantity of up to 200,000, litres via ship-to-ship delivery into Canadian Coast Guard vessel Sir Wilfred Laurier at Kugluktuk or Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. Anticipated delivery date is September 24, 2022.
    
    Item 7 -A firm quantity of 535,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into vessels HMCS Harry Dewolf, HMCS Margaret Brooke and HMCS Goose Bay at Nanisivik, Nunavut or another mutually agreeable location in the area.  Anticipated delivery date is August 26, 2022.
    
    Item 8 - A firm quantity of 169,000 litres, via ship-to-ship delivery into vessels HMCS Harry Dewolf and HMCS Margaret Brooke at Cambridge Bay, Nunavut or another mutually agreeable location in the area. Anticipated delivery date is September 3, 2022.
    
    The optional quantities of fuel listed above may be exercised in whole or in part at time of ordering the firm quantity or in time for the delivery.
    
    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIM AGREEMENTS:
    
    The following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements apply:
    
    - For deliveries to* Kugluktuk, NU; Iqaluit, NU; Cambridge Bay NU; Nanisivik NU and Resolute Bay, NU; the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
    
    * where "deliveries to" means "goods delivered to, and services performed in".
    
    LUBRICITY REQUIREMENT:
    
    Naval Distillate Fuel must have a wear scar diameter of less than or equal to 460 µm at 60°C.
