    - Wide Cut Type Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet B), Standard CAN/CGSB-3.22-2012 (latest issue). Containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor + Static Dissipator Additive.
    OR 
    Aviation Turbine Fuel (Jet A-1), Standard CAN/CGSB-3.23-2018 (latest issue). Containing Fuel System Icing Inhibitor + Static Dissipator Additive.
    
    - Valvoline Premium Blue Diesel Engine Oil Synthetic; 15W40
    
    - SAE 5W-40 Synthetic Diesel Engine Oil
    
    - Varsol Parts Cleaner (Recochem Inc.)
    
    Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to the Montreal Area, Quebec or the port of Quebec City, Quebec, for the 2019 Eastern Arctic Sealift, for furtherance to locations in Nunavut.
    
    The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement:
    
    Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Coral Harbour, Eureka, Iqaluit, Killiniq, Naujaat, Pond Inlet, and Resolute Bay, Nunavut 
    
     *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
