    Bulk diesel fuel delivered DDP Port of Quebec City:
    
    Low-sulphur diesel fuel in accordance with CAN/CGSB 3.517-2017 (latest issue) Type A (P-50) Operability Cloud Point: Maximum -43° C Except Flash Point: Minimum 43° C.
    
    The total quantity of fuel is to be delivered by tank wagon or pipeline to the port of Quebec City, Quebec, and loaded onto a Canadian Coast Guard ship (CCGS). Delivery is tentatively scheduled from July 27 and August 10, 2020.
    
    Quantity: 725,000 litres.
    
    The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement:
    Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Eureka, Nunavut
    
    *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
    
    Limited Bidding:
    This requirement is limited to Inuit businesses on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR).
    
    This procurement is set aside from the international trade agreements under the provision each has for measures with respect to Aboriginal people or for set-asides for small and minority businesses.
    
    Further to Article 800 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), CFTA does not apply to this procurement.
    
    Nunavut Agreement:
    This procurement is subject to The Agreement between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada (The Nunavut Agreement).
