Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: This requirement is for the design and installation of three (3) Earth Observation Antenna Systems: - Quantity 2 Tri-band (Ka/X/S) antennas at the Inuvik Satellite Station Facility (ISSF); - Quantity 1 Dual-Band (X/S) antenna X/S at the Gatineau Satellite Station (GSS). Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (Inuvik): This procurement has deliveries in Inuvik (Northwest Territories) and consequently subject to the Inuvialuit Final Agreement and the Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
