MOTION DETECTION SYSTEM

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for the replacement of the Motion Detection System at the Mission Medium Institution in Mission, B.C. and the Mountain Institutions in Agassiz, B.C.

The work includes the supply, installation, testing etc. as described in the Statement of Technical Requirements (STR) (Refer to electronic Attachment #1).

Both the Mission Medium Institution and the Mountain Institution are medium security facilities.  Work will have to be accomplished with minimum disruption to the daily operation and security of the institution.

Mandatory site visits will take place on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 8:30 am at the Mountain Institution, 4830 Cemetery Road, Agassiz, B.C.   V0M 1A0 and at 1:30 pm at the Mission Medium Institution, 8751 Stave Lake Road, Mission, B.C.  V2V 4L8.

The work is requested to be completed within 30 weeks after contract award.

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.  Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
