Enclosed Purpose-Built Utility Trailer suited for field work;
Quantity: 2; Unit of Issue:Each; 

The trailers will be used to provide transport for field
instrumentation and sampling equipment, weighing typically less
than 5000lb, to environmental emergency sites, provide an
adequate short-term working environment, and be able to be
coupled with and towed by existing vehicles (Ford F350)  The
trailer must comply with Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety
standards.  Both trailers must be built to the same
specifications in accordance to ANNEX A - Mandatory Minimum
Requirements.
