A, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty
Paid (DDP) to Trenton, Ontario.

ITEM 002 - Qty - three (3) - Light Trucks, DED, 4X4,
Configuration B, in accordance with DND Purchase Description,
Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to Trenton, Ontario.

ITEM 003 - Qty - two (2) - Light Trucks, DED, 4X4, Configuration
C, in accordance with DND Purchase Description, Delivered Duty
Paid (DDP) to Trenton, Ontario.

ITEM 004 - Optional Quantity Up to two (2) Light Trucks, DED,
4X4, Configuration A, in accordance with DND Purchase
Description, FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility
or Contractor's Canadian distribution point.  Option may be
exercised by DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date
of contract award.

ITEM 005 - Optional Quantity Up to two (2) Light Trucks, DED,
4X4, Configuration B, in accordance with DND Purchase
Description, FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility
or Contractor's Canadian distribution point.  Option may be
exercised by DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date
of contract award.

ITEM 006 - Optional Quantity Up to two (2) Light Trucks, DED,
4X4, Configuration C, in accordance with DND Purchase
Description, FCA Free Carrier at Contractor's Canadian facility
or Contractor's Canadian distribution point.  Option may be
exercised by DND/PWGSC within twelve (12) months from the date
of contract award.

Items 001, 002, and 003 are desireable on or before 28 February
2015.
