F-11., forthe supply of armoured sport utility vehicles (Toyota Landcruisers 200 series and Chevrolet Suburbans) for delivery across the world on an as and when requested basis. Theperiod of performance of the Standing Offer will cover three (3) years from the date the Government authorizes National Master Standing Offer with two (2) one year options. This requirement is subject to a two stage competitive procurement process. Thefirst stage is a qualification process to createaqualified offeror list. This NPP is published for 40 days on the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS) and is closing 05 October 2016 at 2:00pm (EDST). At the closing date and time of the NPP,the offerors must submit the following: 1. Work Experience - The Offeror must demonstrate that they have a minimum of five (5)years of experience in design and/or modification of up-armoured civilian vehicles. To demonstrate the required experience, the Bidder must provide the following information: (A) Customer, name and contact information; (B) Value of contract; (C) Year of work completed; (D) Brief workdescription; and (E) Applicable vehicle make and models. 2. Facility TheOfferor must have the ability (facility and staff) to work on two (2) or more vehicles at a time and adequate secure storage spacefor at least an additional three (3) vehicles at any one time for all armouring facilities. The Offeror must provide: (A) A description of the work areas and storage facilities that will be used in the performance of the work: (B) A layout diagram and/or pictures of the work areas and storage facilities that will be used in the performance of the work. (C) Name and location of armouring facility where armouring process must be completed. 3. The manufacturer must be responsible for the quality assurance of all armoured vehicles in compliance with ISO 9001. The Offeror must provide written Attestation thattheyare compliant with ISO 9001 As a result of this NPP, a qualified offeror list will be created. At the second stage, only the offerors on the list willbe allowed to bid on the Request For Standing Offer (RFSO). Subsequently, only one qualified offeror meeting the mandatory criteria of the RFSO,will be eligible to become a Standing Offer (SO) holder for the supply of armoured sport utility vehicles (Toyota Landcruisers 200 series and Chevrolet Suburbans) A National Master Standing Offer (NMSO) will be established. Call-ups will be placed byGobal Affairs Canada(GAC) and other government departments on a as and when requested basis. Quantity: Total estimated at 90 vehicles over the term of the Standing Offer including option periods. Delivery: Various locations abroad and across Canada, excluding locations within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, and Labrador that aresubject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirement for deliveries to locations within CLCAs areas within Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador will have to be treated as a separate procurement, outside of the resulting standingoffers. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
