This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number E60HP-21TOOL/A dated February 8, 2021 with a closing of April 1, 2021 at 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

The Offeror must submit its offer electronically through epost Connect.

This requirement has been created to establish National Master Standing Offers (NMSOs) for the supply of Hand Tools, including Federal Stock Classes 5110, 5120, 5130, 5133, 5136, 5140 and 5180 on an as-and-when requested basis. 

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer will be for a one (1) year period from the date of issuance of any resulting Standing Offer(s) plus two (2) one (1) year option periods.

Deliveries will be required all across Canada, excluding any land claims areas and the Nunavut Settlement Area.

This procurement includes a set aside under the Federal Government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as an Aboriginal business as defined under PSAB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSAB.
