The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
two-hundred and sixty-nine (269) All Terrain Vehicles (ATV's)
and related items as follows:

1)	in accordance with Purchase Description for Light
Multi-Purpose 4 Wheeled, Gasoline 		Engine Vehicule, ECC 140301,
NSN 2340-21-904-4964, dated August 2012:

	a)	sixty-three (63) ATV, 4 Wheel, Gas, Single Pax, to be
delivered to CFB 				Edmonton, Alberta, by February 15, 2013.

	b)	sixty-three (63) ATV, 4 Wheel, Gas, Single Pax, to be
delivered to CFB 				Petawawa, Ontario, by February 15, 2013.

	c)	sixty-three (63) ATV, 4 Wheel, Gas, Single Pax, to be
delivered to CFB 				Valcartier, Quebec by February 15, 2013.

	d)	twenty-three (23) ATV, 4 Wheel, Gas, Single Pax, to be
delivered to CFB 				Gagetown, New-Brunswick, by February 15,
2013.

	e)	forty (40) ATV, 4 Wheel, Gas, Single Pax, to be delivered to
5 Wing Supply, 			Goose Bay, Labrador, by February 15, 2013.

	f)	one (1) ATV, 4 Wheel, Gas, Single Pax, to be delivered to
CFB Trenton, Ontario, 			by February 15, 2013.

2)	in accordance with Purchase Description for Light
Multi-Purpose 6 Wheeled, Gazoline 		Engine Vehicule, ECC 140297,
NSN 2320-21-920-6831, dated August 2012:

	a)	four (4) ATV, 6 Wheel, Gas, 2 Pax Side X Side, to be
delivered to CFB 				Edmonton, Alberta, by February 15, 2013.

	b)	four (4) ATV, 6 Wheel, Gas, 2 Pax Side X Side, to be
delivered to CFB 				Petawawa, Ontario, by February 15, 2013.

	c)	four (4) ATV, 6 Wheel, Gas, 2 Pax Side X Side, to be
delivered to CFB 				Valcartier, Quebec by February 15, 2013.

	d)	one (1) ATV, 6 Wheel, Gas,2 Pax Side X Side, to be delivered
to CFB Gagetown, 		New-Brunswick, by February 15, 2013.

	e)	two (2) ATV, 6 Wheel, Gas,2 Pax Side X Side, to be delivered
to 5 Wing Supply, 			Goose Bay, Labrador, by February 15, 2013.

	f)	one (1) ATV, 6 Wheel, Gas,2 Pax Side X Side, to be delivered
to CFB Trenton, 			Ontario, by February 15, 2013.

An option is included to be exercised within twelve (12) months
from the effective date of the contract to purchase up to:

3)	forty (40) additional ATV, 4 Wheel, Gas, Single Pax, ECC
140301 and related items;

4)	ten (10) additional ATV, 6 Wheel, Gas, 2 Pax Side X side, ECC
140297 and related 		items. 

A separate Request for Proposal (W8476-134044/B) will be posted
on MERX for the Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for
Aboriginal Business.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
