This amendment is raised to provide the Request for Proposal
W6399-140008/C to the requirement.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number W6399-140008/B dated March 18, 2014 with a
closing of May 20, 2014 at 02:00 pm.  A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the
previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
two (2) 360 Degree Continous Rotating Telescopic Boom Forklift
Truck, 4 x 4, diesel engine  for use in uneven terrain and
ancillary items including familiarisation instructions/training
in accordance with Purchase Description for Forklift Truck, 360
Degree Rotating Telescopic Boom, 4 x 4, Diesel Engine, dated 22
September 2014, to be delivered at Canadian Forces Base
Petawawa, Ontario and Canadian Forces Base Trenton, Ontario by
January 30, 2015.

An option is included to purchase up to two (2) 360 Degree
Continous Rotating Telescopic Boom Forklift Truck, 4 x 4, diesel
engine  for use in uneven terrain and ancillary items to be
exercised within twenty-four (24) months from the effective date
of the contract.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
