Standard Time EST for Eastern Daylight Saving Time EDT.

The requirement is to establish a Regional Individual Standing
Offer (RISO) for on behalf of the CORCAN - Correctional Services
Canada for the procurement of steel sheet and steel plate as
detailed below and in accordance with Annex A - Pricing for
delivery to CORCAN Fabrication Établissement Donnacona,
Donnacona, QC, Établissement Cowansville, Cowansville, QC. and
Centre fédération de formation, Laval QC.

The requirement will be for the period from the effective date
of the Standing Offer to March 31, 2016 (firm period), with an
option to extend the offer for two (2) additional periods of one
(1) year each.

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

Offerors must demonstrate that all steel sheets are in
conformity with ASTM standards and must contain at least 15% of
post-consumer steel sheet and a maximum of 20 % of post-consumer
steel sheet.

Debriefings

After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
