AMENDMENT 001

This amendment is raised to provide Questions and Answers.

ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
thirty-eight (38) Run Flat Insertion/Removal Machine and
ancillary items, one (1) Train the trainer course, in accordance
with Annex B - Statement of Work for Run Flat Insertion /
Removal Machine dated  August 24, 2015, one (1) machine to be
delivered to CFB Borden, Ontario and thirty-seven (37) to be
delivered to CFB Montreal, Quebec by March 31, 2016. 

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to ten (10)
Run Flat Insertion/Removal Machines and ancillary items and up
to four (4) User Training Course to be exercised within twelve
(12) months from the effective date of the contract.

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from
receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
