    The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase fourteen (14) Rough Terrain Forklift and ancillary items and training in accordance with Purchase Description for Rough Terrain, All-Wheel Drive & All-Wheel Steering, Diesel Engine Driven, Sit Down rider Type Forklift Trucks, dated 13 January 2016, to be delivered to CFB Gagetown, NB, CFB Valcartier, Qc, CFB Petawawa, Ont, CFB Edmonton, Alb. and CFB Shilo, Man by July 15, 2016.
    
    Training language as follows:
    
    CFB Edmonton: English
    CFB Shilo: English
    CFB Petawawa: English
    CFB Gagetown: English
    CFB Valcartier: French
    
    The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to fourteen (14)  additional vehicle, ancillary items and training to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Agreementon Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    Debriefings
    
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
