Amendment 001
This amendment is raised to modify the Request for Proposal,provide the Purchase Description and extend the bid closing date. 

The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase two (2) Light Utility Vehicles equipped with a Scissor-Lift Work Platform and ancillary items, including familiarization instruction/training in accordance with Purchase Description for Light Utility Vehicle eequipped with a Scissor-Lift Work Platform, dated 2018-02-01,to be delivered to Winnipeg, MB.

The requirement also includes an option to purchase up to two (2)  additional vehicles and ancillary items to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract 

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
