This requirement is to establish a National Individual Standing
Offer (NISO) for the Department of National Defence for the
procurement of Wood Material Handling Pallets in accordance with
Annex A - Pricing and Description and the DDL-8486-122438 dated
2012-07-09.

This requirement will be for an initial period of two (2) years
from the effective date of the NISO with an option to extend the
offer for one (1) additional period of one (1) year.

Debriefings
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers
process. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of
the request for standing offers process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
